Neil is a homeless man i met around the corner of the Board Walk in Venice Beach, Los Angeles, CA.
People in swim clothing and tourists went by on their way to the beach while Neil searched through a large garbage can. He told me about his everyday life, daily routine and how he got here.

This was a student project as part of a Documentary Filmmaking Course at UCLA Extension.
This Episode was a kind of a Pilot for a documentary series idea called "We Are Los Angeles".
